Return & Exchanges
We hope that you love what you ordered from Runway. But in the event that you don't, we've made it as simple as possible to return items to us and we will do our best to issue you with a refund as quickly as possible.
Returns of full-priced merchandise can be accepted within 10 days of receipt of purchase. Refunds will be issued in original form of payment and must be accompanied by receipt with the merchandise in the original condition. All purchases of sale merchandise, hosiery, undergarments and swimwear are final sale.
PLEASE NOTE: All sale purchases are FINAL. Returns and/or exchange requests on sale merchandise will not be accepted.
Please contact one of our customer service associates by clicking contact us. We will do our best to accommodate you first exchange and pay for shipping of your product back to us and a new item to you.
If you need any more exchanges after the first complimentary swap, you will need to ship your item(s) back at your own expense and pay an additional shipping cost for new item(s).
Sale merchandise in its original, unworn condition may be returned within 10 days of purchase.
How to Return Merchandise by Mail
1. Before mailing the item you wish to return, please submit a request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by clicking contact us.
2. Simply locate your order and confirm the merchandise you wish to return. Your RMA number will be generated automatically and emailed to you, along with return instructions.
3. Mail us your item(s) using the pre-paid return label that is emailed to you within 2 business days.
We will take care of your return postage. Insurance is taken care of when using the provided label. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any original shipping charges. If you choose to return the item in your own packaging using another shipping method, please be sure to use the address listed on our return label.
PLEASE NOTE: We strongly recommend that you save your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your refund. Only full-price merchandise can be returned by mail for refund. All sale purchases are final.
